A friendly face amidst challenging times.

Meet Zoe

Zoe Adams has worked exclusively in Family Law for more than fifteen years throughout Queensland. She has represented clients in all areas of Family and Relationship Law, including property division, spouse maintenance, child support, parenting disputes and divorce. Zoe’s approach to family law is practical and pragmatic; and her strength lies in developing strong client relationships. Zoe ensures her clients are fully advised of all their options at every step of the process, so they have all the necessary advice to make the best decisions for efficient resolution of their matter. Zoe’s focus is on adopting the most appropriate strategy for each client’s individual circumstances to obtain solutions.

Whilst Zoe encourages practical and collaborative approaches to resolving Family Law disputes, she has the technical experience and knowledge of court procedures where litigation is commenced to ensure her clients receive optimal representation and protection. Zoe acknowledges the limitations of litigious outcomes and prioritises the need to reduce stress and delay which can affect people in Family Law disputes. Zoe believes in contributing to the legal profession and the development of legislation and policy in family law.  Zoe is able to do so as a member of the Qld Law Society Family Law committee.
